The range of sites that comprise this wine give a cross-section of Old Mission Peninsula’s terroir. Sandy soils let the high notes shine, rocky outcroppings bringing richness, and clay soils adding body to form a more complex wine. A dry Riesling from a very limited vintage expressing notes of white flower, lemon, green apple, and luscious pear with a bright, food friendly acidity.
The perfect food wine! Try this dry Riesling with a range of dishes or go traditional with german style pork sausages and apples.

The low crop load from this vintage gave the fruit plenty of capacity to ripen into a lean, linear Riesling.
A blend of every vineyard that we harvested in this warm but low cropped year. Stainless fermented with limited lees contact. This blend of vineyards and soils provided a unique and complex wine.
