At this time we ship only to: CA, CO, DC, FL, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, TX, & WI. All shipments are via FedEx Ground and an ADULT signature is required upon delivery. Verification of age is required (we use the service "ShipCompliant") if we cannot verify that you are over 21-years of age via the ShipCompliant service we will require a copy of your state id or drivers license. If we cannot verify your age via one of these methods we will not ship wine to you.
We promise the utmost in quality merchandise and exceptional service. We are constantly striving to deliver on our mission to create distinctive products and experiences. Our first priority is you, our customers, and we will do all that we can to ensure that you are satisfied with the Chateau Chantal Wine Shop in every way.
Legal Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order on our website, on the phone, or in person at our store, you are representing to the Chateau Chantal Wine Shop that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of 21 or older. We will require a copy of your government ID if we can not verify your age electronically.
By purchasing wine from the Chateau Chantal Wine Shop, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
· All risk of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon delivery of the wine purchased.
· These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
· Every attempt is made to use the correct label image for the wine being displayed on this website. The wrong year may appear on the image being used because the correct year is unavailable and we take no responsibility if the label is incorrect.
Privacy/Security
The Chateau Chantal Wine Shop holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying wine from us on-line, you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out" at the time of purchase. If at any time you would like to be removed from our list, simply click on the opt-out button in the email or contact us at the store and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received or deciphered by other merchants or mean, ugly, despicable people with malicious intentions. The Chateau Chantal Wine Shop has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption technology. We use direct cable connections with our credit vendors and do not use an in-store wireless network for point of sale systems. Returns
Cancelled, refused, and/or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all costs of shipping incurred.
