2011 Pinot Blanc, Hawthorne Vineyard

Sourced from the Hawthorne Vineyard on Old Mission Peninsula, this white was fermented in stainless steel offering a bright fruit flavor, refreshing acidity, and good body. It's a fun dry white that is a perfect match for sushi, seafood salads, and quiches. Great with firmer, rich cheeses.
