2011 Pinot Noir
Upon opening there is blackberry and plum with oak textures. Air and time will yield the more subtle cherry and raspberry flavors. Watch this one develop as you drink it.This dry Pinot Noir is a classic food wine. It will not overpower meals like so many heavy reds. The pleasant balance of flavors makes it a wonderful accompaniment to pasta dishes and salmon.
Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in oak barrels for 3 months until integrated and balanced.
