The 2010 vintage ended with heat to ripen the grapes and produce solid reds with personality like this: First, you get the Merlot with full-throttle spice and smoke off the oak barrels streaming through the dark plum flavors and blackberries; then the cranberries and herbs of the Cabernet Franc; and the cherries and raspberries of the Pinot Noir.
